These Terms govern your use of the Vital Care SA website (vitalcaresa.com.au) and our services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
2. Who We Are
Vital Care SA is a registered NDIS provider and Home Care Package provider based in Adelaide, South Australia. We are proudly associated with Bamboo Home Support, a nationally recognised managed care organisation. For managed HCP and NDIS services, Vital Care SA operates in partnership with Bamboo Home Support, who provide case management and compliance support. By engaging VCSA for managed services, you acknowledge that relevant care and administrative information may be shared with Bamboo Home Support for service delivery purposes.

3. Our Services
We provide: In-Home Support, Community and Social Support, Community Nursing, Gardening and Cleaning, Aged Care (HCP Level 1–4), Allied Health Assistance, Assistance in Daily Living, Access to Communications, Overnight Care and Respite, and NDIS Support Services. All services are subject to a formal Service Agreement and your funding eligibility.
4. Eligibility
NDIS services require an active NDIS plan. Home Care Package services require ACAT assessment and My Aged Care assignment. Private-pay services are available at agreed rates. We reserve the right to decline services where we cannot safely meet a consumer's needs.
5. Client Onboarding
All new clients must complete our Client Onboarding Questionnaire and sign a Service Agreement before services commence. By submitting the form, you consent to us collecting and using your information as described in our Privacy Policy. For managed HCP clients, information will be shared with Bamboo Home Support.
6. Fees and Charges
HCP clients: fees are charged against your package per your Home Care Agreement, subject to income assessment and daily care fees. NDIS clients: priced per NDIS Pricing Arrangements. Private clients: fees are agreed in writing before services begin. Cancellation fees may apply per your Service Agreement.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to: provide accurate information, notify us of changes in needs or circumstances, treat our staff respectfully and without discrimination or harassment, ensure a safe home environment for support workers, notify us promptly of service cancellations, and sign required documentation before services commence.
8. Our Responsibilities
We commit to: delivering services with skill and care, treating all clients with dignity and cultural sensitivity, maintaining staff qualifications and compliance checks, keeping your information confidential, responding promptly to complaints, and providing notice if a service cannot be delivered.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Website Use

12. Intellectual Property
All site content is owned by Vital Care SA. You may not reproduce it without written permission.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate per the Service Agreement. VCSA may terminate immediately in cases of safety risk, fraud, funding exhaustion, or serious breach.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by South Australian and Commonwealth law.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current version.
